For personal orders, payment strictly by Fast Payment System (FPS)

Order cancellation
Order cancellation must be made by written to us at info@bloemart.com.hk or WhatsApp at 6216-0362 at least 36 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.
Please state the invoice number and the scheduled delivery date in your request.
A refund fee 15% of your total purchase amount will be charged and relevant amount will be refunded within 3 working days.
